Last a couple of days the commonwealth bank netbanking is lower as well as their is a few misprints on my small transactions. I needed to send some cash and perform some transaction. It triggered me large amount of inconvenience and a little of cash. In my opinion as commonwealth claims they’re number 1 online bank around australia ,these outage should have cost billions to Aussies. How can we claim for the deficits and just how are we able to trust any online bank.

Does any one in Australia know what is happening with Woolworths Ezy Banking, an initiative between Woolworths and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia? I use Ezy Banking System as my bank in Supermarkets, and also to pay Direct Debit bills as they fall due. Now there’s talk of discontinuing the Supermarket connection, and I have no idea where I am. I rang Ezy Bank and got onto someone who didn’t know what was happening, just muttered something about changes. I’m quite worried about this, and would love an informed answer.
